I can't recommend this seller

I ordered cobra car alarm system from alarmescobra /loja. Installed the system with car electrics specialist. The installation is huge work. The door switches and alarm works ok, but ultrasonic sensors don't. They should work without any adjustment or settings. These ultrasonic sensors are cheap components but are not available anywhere near me. I contacted the seller and suggested that I'll send the sensors back and they send me new ones since I have to leave soon for long trip. They refused to send a new pair and gave no help with the issue. They just said that sensors normally work and the malfunctioning is rare. They did not offer any kind of solution to my problem. I'd never recommend this seller to anyone.
