Scammers!!!!! Made an order, paid the money but never got my item. And there is noway to contact them without the contact form which is mandatory to fill in your order number in it BUT they’ve send me a confirmation email with the order number. Be careful!!!!!!

I was almost finalising a transaction of 3 lipsticks and after I have entered my bank details , 3 pop up messages came up that the product is not available.
I was checking my bank account and the money of over 86.78€ are gone from my bank account.
There is no order number as the transaction wasn’t finalised due to unavailable product , money are gone from my bank account and there is no phone number to call them.
I cannot place a complaint or an order cancellation because no order number was provided to me .
I called the bank and they said that is not a fraud as the site look ok to them and I did the order by myself ..
Is this company even real ?!

Do not use, take payment from your card, then they cancel the order without refunding.

Never heard of them. Scammer tried to debit money from my debit card.

At first the company forgets to charge me for the order. After I reminded about myself and they gave me IBAN to which it is impossible to send money. After that my bank penalizes me for several unsuccessful attempts to transfer 25 EUR, and the company itself does not even want to deal with this situation and requires her to pay the amount again to the same details threatening lawyers. These are scammers and I will never contact them again.

I received a completely different product, a travel-sized men's cologne instead of the full-size women's perfume I ordered, and the company refused to refund, return, or send the correct one. The perfume was sealed in a dark bag, hiding the real contents. If the issue is not resolved, I will unfortunately need to report them, as this is against the law.

Opened my account to find 8 payments have been taken from my account totalling to nearly £400 and I've never even heard of this company,lucky I have insurance and will get that money back,but I have to wait up to a week!fuming!!!

Never even heard of this company - they have tried taking 100 euros from my bank then 10 minutes later another £10 euros??

It's a scam . It charged me 38 euro and they never confirmed

I've had £22 taken from my account 19 times today. Been on the phone to my bank to cancel my card, no words for these low life scammers, utter scum ' I'm fuming that they get away with this

I have ordered through parfumdreams.co.uk for several years and I love the great value and wide range of brands and products that I can order, which I used to purchase whilst on holiday or when I worked in Germany. With every order you also receive complimentary samples which is a nice touch.

The order will take longer to arrive during busy periods, like Christmas and please ignore the negative reviews and make your own decision - these reviews appear to be submitted ahead of the delivery being received.

This online shop not trustworthy. Absolutely disgrace 😤. The didn't refund my money and they didn't confirm my order. And after that they stopped emailing me after a very inconvenient proof please save yourself and don't buy from them

When i was ordering my item just after i had put my bank details in BUT DID NOT press pay as the item wouldn't be here untill after Christmas so cancelled it, checked my bank straight afterwards and they had taken the money, i have had no email confirming it, so u cannot get intouch to cancel it 😡
