Update after reply: thats understandable but why has my referral person received an email asking him to refer people to Youfibre when you have stopped paying out? Thats very misleading

Thanks for your review and what a pity that is a negative one. You have been receiving rewards through us in the past. Regarding the last one, unfortunately we could not assist you since the referral was done after the RAF promotion was churned by our partner. Aklamio cannot grand any reward if a promotion is officially churned and the order date is after that. We can assist you for any other referral with any other partner as we did always in the past, but in this case there were not much we could do, unfortunately.

Great experience
The initial reward claim did not not go through due to a technical issue. I emailed Aklamio about it and they responded very quickly. They kept me informed about the process all the way through and reminded me when I needed to respond so I did not miss out. Once the reward was available I was informed and I received it in a timely fashion.

Problem with UI and Help useless
The website I was seeing didn't look like what it was supposed to from the instructions to claim (hint: if you need to give people instructions to claim then it's a bad website) and so I wasn't able to claim. I contacted help and they were absolutely useless. It eventually occurred to me I could select desktop view and then I was able to see.
