AirSimplicity Mechanical Services LLC, October, 2023 Grade1/2 out of 5. I really felt ripped off by price gouging by these people. When my A/C stopped working I immediately knew by the sound it was making all it needed was a new capacitor. As a retired Certified Manufacturing Engineer (robotics) I know this to be a simple matter of unplugging the old component and plugging in a replacement. Checked online with Grainger, capacitors start at $60 retail. My regular A/C guy was booked for days. A friend suggested these people. I called and told them what was needed. They said it would be $99. The technician showed up and had the unit working in about ten minutes, since he didn't have to figure out what was wrong. He then billed me nearly $500 for something almost as easy as changing out a light bulb. When I was younger I would have done a simple task like this myself, but now Doctors recommend seniors stay out of the excessive heat. I just didn't expect to be taken advantage of. I have been waiting more than a month now for Michelle Winchester to get back to me with the promise of some resolution.
