Easy to book. Great service and good price.

Very bad online reservation experience. I booked online around 9am I was on my way to airport. After making payment it suddenly said unable to process transaction but the payment went through. So I ended up going to a different parking because I thought it wasn't process and I was running out of time. After finding a different parking I was at the airport after checking in I received an email confirming my booking. Now I just paid you the booking I didn't even use and you're not refunding me coz it's non refundable policy. It's crazy how your online service is bad.

I would give this parking experience zero stars if I could. When I arrived, the “office” was literally inside what looked like an abandoned trailer. I have never seen anything like it at a legitimate airport parking facility.

I waited approximately 40 minutes, and no employee or attendant ever showed up. There were also four other people waiting there, all saying they were experiencing the same issue and could not find anyone to help them.

The entire area felt deserted, unprofessional, and extremely unsafe. I did not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there at all, especially with no staff present and no indication that the property was being monitored. I ultimately had to leave and find alternative parking while trying to catch my flight.

This was one of the worst parking experiences I have ever had. I paid for a service that was essentially unavailable when I arrived, and I requested a full refund. I absolutely would not recommend this location.

Although I found the site convenient and displayed good choices of parking options, I came across a bait and switch. While attempting to reserve and pay, I discovered the price went from $23/day to $40/day!
This is wrong and unethical!

Waiting 30 minutes for someone to park me and when asked they said they were doing a shift change. Another customer was told they could catch an uber as an extra cost although this parking spot includes a shuttle. If you want somewhere reliable this isn’t the spot to park.

Parking at Jiffy... easy in, easy out. Shuttles were readily available

Need to have clear instructions on drop off and pickup procedure. Also need to make it clear that the online reservation page sent to your email once purchased needs to be PRINTED and brought with you INSIDE when you return to pick up your vehicle. Could not find the reservation in email and the woman at the counter seemed annoyed that she had to look up. Once her co worker located it they processsed my reservation. Cost an extra $13 because flight was late so we were 30 minutes late to lot. Make sure you have extra time on the tail end of reservatiint
