If you used Credit for some or all of your payment, that portion will be refunded in the form of Credit to your account. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires a Deposit, and need to cancel after your scheduled arrival date, your Deposit will be refunded in the form of a Credit to your account, but the Service Fee will not be refunded. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires full payment at checkout, we are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date. For full payment lots, please be sure to cancel before your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund.

Reserved parking. Got there and they said they oversold and didn’t have parking available. Had to scramble to find airport parking on Christmas Eve before flight. Awful, avoid at all costs.

Its a good company but the discount codes are worthless if one travels from
different airports. We ate located where we have to use any of 4 airports and the codes only apply to the last one used.

I came in late- just after midnight
I came in late- just after midnight. The bus was waiting and the driver friendly. Got me to my car right away. The gal who checked me out of the facility was also very friendly. It was a good experience!
