I've ordered these bags before, and everything went fine the first time. I liked them so much so I decided to buy a new batch, which this complaint is in relation to. Now all of a sudden it seems like Airportag is utterly incompetent; I ordered these items and they were confirmed on March the 17th, today is already April the 14th and after a lot of back and forth with Livia from customer support, we're still none the wiser - it's essentially as if I have to beg hypothetically speaking to just know the status of the item, shipping wise. This is just other nonsense. Regardless of what happens with this order, I shall definitely NOT be ordering from them again. Nor would I recommend anyone else to do so.

Poor and slow customer service. Shipping is a joke. Would defiantly no use again or recommend to anyone who asks. Order 19/02 and as of 02/03 UPS still awaiting package to give me a estimated delivery date

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The customer service is very good and I was communicated to at every step of the way...most importantly, the actual product is FANTASTIC - better than I thought it could be!
Placed an order December 6th it’s now January 27th and I still don’t have it. Refund has been refused. It is a scam.

The products are great. HOWEVER, customer service is lacking. My order has taken weeks and they offered a $12 gift card as an apology. I don't even know how they came up with that number. Within the time that my items didn't ship they offered 60% off on merchandise online and refused to credit me. They lied to me today and said my items shipped, but they are sitting at their warehouse waiting to be picked up according to tracking. Really poor management. No customer focus.
horrible service! I ordered some stock december 20th and I’m waiting for the delivery since a month…. I sended emails but nobody answered.

I submitted an order December 23, 2025, and there is still no status on the order, 10 days later. The charge hit my account December 23, 2025, and I already have the billing statement from my bank. I have tried to contact them through Shop, to no avail.

I have been watching this website for a while. I love their approach, and every item is unique. I ordered a luggage tag as a gift and am thrilled with it and she will be too. "I haven't been everywhere but it's on my list!". It came promptly and in a nice little nylon pouch. The quality is top notch, and the packaging is fun and "lively". Can't wait to order more items. It's worth every penny! Like all online shoppers we are always looking for value/price/quality and although I had a small shipping cost, it's worth it!
The items I ordered arrived quickly. The personalized mugs I ordered were perfect. One of your associates was so kind and helpful in helping resolve an issue with the sweatshirts I ordered. I would very easily and gladly order items from Airportag in the future.
Placed an order for three shirts 11/22/25. Credit card was charged immediately. As of 12/2/25, zero items have shipped. It appears Airportag was advertising and collecting sales revenue on products they did not have available to ship.
12/3/25: A label was created. Zero items have shipped.
12/4/25: USPS has received the package and estimates delivery by 12/9/25. Package remains in Florida for the time being.
Airportag made a marketing decision to advertise products before it could ship them. This review is my urging that they refrain from advertising products until they are ready to ship those products, and a warning to consumers that for now, Airportag may not be able to ship products that it advertises.

Love the luggage tags. But they come with a chintzy little wire loop with a screw clasp to fasten the tags to the luggage. I have had four of the tags go missing in the past two years (Torn off? Removed by baggage handlers with a sense of humor?? Who knows). I’ve just made my third order and this time I will try split rings or zip ties instead.
I received the Pan Am t-shirt with a twisted/crimped defect in the logo likely due to when it was pressed on. I sent photos to customer service and they told me it may come out in the wash. Two washings later and no improvement so I emailed them back. They wanted more pictures, so no problem. I sent them. Then they said they needed to “visually inspect” it in person before they could do anything. Seriously? Why make me jump through so many hoops when they could have agreed to exchange it or replace it at any point along the way? Good lord, it’s a t-shirt, not a luxury item I’m trying to scam. They don’t stand by their products, even when obviously defective. Terrible business practice. Steer clear.

Great customer service and I love the unique products.
I bought a TWA T-shirt, but it was faulty. A long thread has pulled and the hem is unravelling. I contacted Airport Tag and sent them a photo of the issue, but they basically said it was too bad and too late and I could have a 15% discount if I bought something new!! I will never buy from them again. Appalling customer service. They should be ashamed selling faulty gear and not correcting the situation.
Update to response: I ordered late July and it took like a month or more to be shipped to me and it's not like I unstiched the T-shirt, it was faulty from the beginning. What a rort! I've thrown it in the bin I'm so angry! Never buy from Airportag!!

First time ordering from them. I really liked the T-shirt design and was surprised to find the quality of the material was really good. Soft, sized right. Colorful image. I really like this shirt. Customer Service is on top of their game.
i ordered boarding pass custom journal for my wife to use on a cruise in French Polynesia. We had a real problem with the USPS but we ultimately received our journal thanks to the efforts of the Airportag company and my wife was thrilled with her trip journal. We booked another cruise so i just ordered three more custom journals. It is just a little extra special thing you can do to enhance your trip.
