Wouldn't go anywhere else. Engineers are always very kind and friendly, good value for money and the services and any necessary fixing is always done well and quickly.

We’ve been using Air Options for a while now, and they have been nothing but brilliant. The team is always friendly and proactive, and their communication is excellent — emails are answered quickly and professionally every time.
We recently had an issue with our heating system, and they were incredibly helpful and fast to respond. Everything was dealt with efficiently, and the engineers we’ve met have all been polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable.
It’s rare to find a company that consistently delivers great customer service, but they really do. We would definitely recommend them.

We had an engineer attend site to carry out a repair identified by our 6 month PPM visit. They were very knowledgeable and kept me up-to-date on the progress of the works and left the site clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Air Options as a company. Communications are great from start to finish any time I have dealt with them.

Engineers always friendly, professional and respectfully clean and tidy.

We needed an urgent visit as our A/C units weren't working properly, we called and most companies only had future appointments and although it was the same for Air Options, they quickly accommodated us. The experience was great, from the administration to the engineers visit. Highly recommended.
