Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, unhelpful, they just write a templated "go to this page to do the thing" responses, sending you to outdated or unclear pages.
Our most recent cargo has been delayed by three weeks (so far), because the staff forgot to send the confirmation to the airline, asked for the wrong paperwork, didn't provide clear instructions on which codes they needed (and what those actually are). We are sending a chair and a sink, and they sent us to a page with codes for weapons and explosives...
Their systems are archaic, there is very little automation, the whole workflow is stuck in the 90s, everything is done with pen and paper, inevitably resulting in delays, errors, etc. from both sides.
Last time they gave us the wrong flight numbers, and our couriers at the destination had to go to the airport for three days in the row (again, delays and financial losses)
