Do not use this company
I contracted with this company to install a new central air system. It was about an $11,000 job, and the permit already had been pulled.
When installing, the technicians "forgot" to install a low voltage wire for the thermostat - forcing us to cut open the drywall to install after the drywall had been installed and finished plus painted. When they powered the unit up, I had paid just over $10,000 - leaving $750 left.
I scheduled a Blow test and then the final inspection for the unit they installed both of which were completed within 7 days. During that time, the owner of Airguard called - aggressively demanding his final payment. I explained the short timing on the final inspection to verify everything was OK - and he stated if I made him wait 7 days, he would send his men out that day to tear out the central air unit.
I got upset and told him to keep his men off my property until the inspection. He continued demanding his final payment. I told him to go ahead and sue for the $750 if he could not wait to verify his company did the work right. - which they did not.
The Blow test went OK - marginal - but I paid him off quickly.
I would never recommend this company - work was not done correctly and the owner has a horrible, desperate attitude.
