Good product poor customer service

I have 14 of these smart vents under my bungalow. It is a clever way to reduce heat loss throught the floor iin homes usch as mine where the void unnder the floor is too shallow to enable a retrofit of under floor insulation. The initial cost is high for a bungalow around £2500. I believe the system s working but there s no way of knowing without opening up the front grills on a cold morning. A major disappointment is the very poor customer support from Airex. They say that they wll contact one when there is a problem, but they have't once done this. My installerhad informed me, though now Airex have cut back how much information he receives and so cannot tell me if the vents are opeong and shutting as promised. In the early days I asked Aiirex if I could have a brief summary of performance (they have all the data) but they said it was too much trouble for them. Ths contrasts wth other technology I have where I can monitor n real tme my heat pump, solar panels and batteries on apps. Arex need to get there act together and creat an app. Thye seem interested in larege projects and neglect individual customers and their installers.

Greatly improved underfloor insulation and comfort

Following a botched install from a previous supplier, Airex pulled out all the stops to redress the situation. Due to no fault of their own and wanting to put right my situation, they agreed to send out a different company to replace all of my units and correct my setup. It's incredibly rare to see companies take on this level of ownership over their customers, and I consider myself lucky to be a customer of theirs. Thank you Airex and team!
