I placed an order on the 20th of…
I placed an order on the 20th of November 2022 for several Sauerman trunking components , I was told some of the component parts I ordered were on back order, they should be in mid December, it was not explained that I would receive nothing of my order at all. Mid December came and went I still received nothing, so I rang up chasing my parts order when will I get it , I was then told the items were available now and I would receive everything delivered to me on Wednesday the 23rd of December, again I received nothing on this date & no text, no phone call, no email, no explanation what so ever ! it is now Wednesday 28th of December, so obviously it looks like I will receive nothing this year & have no idea when the items will ever arrive !
I feel terribly let down & disappointed to be honest poor communication & poor service.

When you rang up do you know who you spoke to ? I'm not sure why you would have been told that the goods were now available as they have still not arrived.
I will send out everything we have in stock ASAP with the missing item to follow as soon as it comes into stock
I can only apologise for the delays on your order, suppliers are up against it at the moment
