We received an invoice from "Zora" for some electronic parts and initiated the wire transfer the next day. Upon following up a few days later inquiring about a ship date, she informed me that the price went up from the $252/each, of which was invoiced, to $400/each, and we needed to pay the difference to keep the order. It would come up to an additional $7,400 on top of the ~$12k we already wired them. I instructed her to cancel the order and issue us a refund immediately, and she stated that the money wouldn't be able to be released for another ~5 days. Still have not received a refund.

I saw the video on the website, and after confirming that it was a real company, I tried to buy a few hard-to-find components, and I got a quick answer, fast and accurate!

Excellent replacement, delivered quickly Excellent! The problem was the LED was not responding and there was no response from the buttons. The circuit breaker was not tripped as the power supply to the board was checked using a voltmeter, and had power. The board was replaced in under 5 minutes and switched on the breaker and the dishwasher works perfectly. My wife is extremely happy and I'm extremely happy with it! Highly recommended!!
