I bought Aimersoft video editor. After I paid by credit card, on my computer immediately appeared a different program Filmora Video Editor. This program is not working. There is no sound and no movements. I don't understand what I paid $65?
Very disappointing. Be careful!

Really like their products but Technical Support terrible

Really like their products but trying to get an answer to a technical questions is like pulling teeth!! All you get is a standard email directing you to FAQs and you are asked to reply if this isn't any use. I have done this four times now and still not got a reply. Am very disappointed.

UPDATE! Contacted by Support team who hadn't received my previous emails. They couldn't have been more helpful - thank you Grace. A Live Chat or telephone number would be a great idea which I have seen suggested from other reviewers on other websites.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

I bought a DRM software from these guys on the 19th of December, 2016. The software is not compatible with both windows 10 and 8. I have sent all the necessary files per the requirements on their website to come back. I have raised more than 3 tickets and sent several emails. As at today, no one has bothered to contact me and respond to my queries. I asked for a refund and nothing has been done. I have ended up with a software I cannot use with no one even to speak to since they deliberately do not provide a phone number to speak to them. Stay away from these guys. Very dissapointing service. Joseph

Aimersoft DVD Ripper is Versatile, Easy to Use, and Creates High Quality Conversions

I found myself needing to rip a video from a DVD in order to create language translations. After weeks of dealing with "video professionals" I took the matter into my own hands and searched on line for software to do this. Aimersoft DVD Ripper filled the need. It was easy to use and I was able to rip and convert the programs quickly and exactly the way I needed them. The software allows one to convert to virtually any format and offers a host of setting to enable one to get the video exactly the way it is needed. I was especially impressed with the quality of the conversion, Thank you Aimersoft!
