Really professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Our technician Tara was amazing throughout and found the source of the issue promptly. They did not give up even when the source turned out to be in a neighbour's house. The report we received afterwards was detailed and allows you to keep a record. I wish I had known about AIM the first time we had issues with rodents as I doubt we would have had any reoccurring issues. Thank you for all of your help. Would definitely recommend.

Great service from the AIM team. After discovering a wasps nest in the loft and getting more than a couple of stings I called AIM. They booked me in and came exactly when they said they would, identified the problem and within 30 minutes my wasp issue was no more. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Yet another company who promised the Earth like on their website but fails to deliver.
Phoned up about a wasp nest issue as based in Quarry Bank not too far but sounded like the apprentice who said the guys were out to a liquid lunch - no doubt this will be denied in a reply but really should get better phone cover

I rang to arrange a visit to deal with a wasp nest. The office staff were friendly and immediately offered an appointment the next day. Jason has been great with communication and Mark dealt with the nest and another we subsequently found. Can’t fault this efficient and friendly team.

Mark was fantastic, came at the exact time agreed, was polite, got straight on with the job and gave all the necessary advice for precautions to follow after treatment. (2 wasps nests treated) very reasonable price too.

Called and was immediately reassured by Tracey that the rat problem we had would be sorted and we were not disappointed at all with right from the first phone call.
Keith was assigned to our problem and he was so professional and courteous and explained thoroughly what was needed.
He was very knowledgable and put our minds at rest to sort out this rodent problem and it was so good that he followed all the visit through right until he was certain that this had been sorted.

Jason and his team take payments direct debit which is so easy i can just not think about it. They are flexible to my commercial kitchen hours. Visits are frequent
