Looking into this further Murwillumbah Glass was provided with multiple connections to claim managers requesting your trade. All emails notifying you of this are showing as unopened. If you do not return calls or emails you cannot be onboarded and therefore receive scopes for repairs. Our staff members notified your business not only of this, but that your phone message suggested for more than 5 months that your business was no longer operating.
Scam! They take your money and provide no leads. Considering they are insurance builders, and our region went through major flooding 6 months ago, you'd think we'd get a few leads for insurance jobs, but not a single one, no contact for 12 months, then they take membership fees again. Fair Trading will be advised of these guys.
Whilst the beginning of the service was a little shaky over the past year AIBN have gone above and beyond to rectify any past issues and has now generated several ongoing relationships with insurance companies.
Take the time to understand the process and fill the requirements to undertake work and it can be a beneficial and productive lead generating service
Absolute scam. Promise to set you up with insurance builders but basically send you links where you can apply yourself. Once they receive your money there is no longer any support. Stay away from these guys.
Australian Insurance Builders Network - Avoid at all cost. Absolute waste of time and resources, they engaged in false and misleading sales practices promising immediate leads only to be met with crickets post sale. Have spoken to others in the electrical industry with previous experiences with this company and the narrative is always the same.
