Never got my order

I ordered shirts I was going to use for my job on March 3rd. Never heard a peep from this company. I reached out on the 10th to ask when the shirts were going to ship. 2 days later I get an email stating they will ship at the end of the month due to them being out of stock. You would think there website would let you know that it isn't in stock so you can shop elsewhere. Not this company. They think it is perfectly normal to be dishonest. I asked for a refund and won't get one because they don't do refunds. So I can't tell you the quality of the items I haven't received and probably will never see. I will notify my bank to remove the charges. Terrible customer service

No Return Policy/Sizing Issues

I would really like to like this company, but sizing issues are too difficult to overcome when they appear to have a no return policy. I ordered two tops - medium as always - both way too tight. I ordered a medium vest - what they sent me seems to be an XL! I tried to return these items for a different size, but they won't take returns - they start negotiating with you about how much credit they'll give you - and to just keep the items. Too much of a hassle to deal with this company (would be really great if they had a local store so you can try on). I've placed several orders (some of them worked out) - but not once was I asked to review my items - but when you shop online with them, the items have dozens of glowing reviews - they must all be fake.

Purchased a vest received two and was…

Purchased a vest received two and was billed for two. Yet my AHA account activity shows an order for only one vest. They keep saying I ordered two, showing me credit card transactions. They refuse to recognize the account activity of only one vest.

*** Buyer Beware! ***

Ordered Adventure Stretch Pants….order took forever to arrive coming from China. Upon trying on the pants they were way too short for a LG….nothing like what was pictured. I had my 10 yr old try them on and they were almost his size. In perspective I wear LG in BYLT brand pants. I could not find any way to return these pants. No contact info was listed on website or anyway to initiate a return. It wasn’t until I went back to my original order confirmation that I noticed it stated at the bottom that if you want to return to “Respond to this email”. I sent two separate emails requesting to return and never received a response, and nothing in my spam folder either. $42.07 WASTED!

I've asked repeatedly to return 3 sets…

I've asked repeatedly to return 3 sets of gym pants that were too big. I want to exchange them for the right size I keep getting a response for a percentage off which I don't want. I want the right size. Please send return authorization.

What a nightmare for refund!

On the day I received my order, I realized that the size was too small even though I had followed their size guidelines. I asked for exchange of the products with the next size on the same day and got offer to receive $65 coupon which I refused when I had paid twice as much. I then received another offer for $97 which I again refused. Their website clearly says free refunds within 35 days. This is no way to treat any customer. I have now asked for a full refund but I am not receiving any response. What a nightmare!

Incorrect order

Ordered over$200 worth of joggers and sports wear for my rahabilitate on from a bad accident,,, after a month of waiting I relieved two very ugly women's dresses!!! What in Christ sakes is that????? I'm assuming I've been scammed,,,, so buyer beware!!! They did infact send a second order that contained mostly women's clothing,,, I did photo like the asked , I didn't video opening the package because my wife I receive items delivered from Uni-Uni often. I had NO way of knowing I was opening the replacement shipment from AhaSelected because I received No tracking on the replacement. So it speaks volumes that an online merchant request you video tape opening your package,,, they are 100% a scam operation in my opinion. They have acted like I'm cheating them after they have kept my $200 and sent me crap I couldn't give away . I'd laugh but it ain't no joke.!

After your initial report, we arranged a replacement for you as a gesture of goodwill, even though the items shown in the photos did not match any products from our store. To help avoid any potential shipping or handling issues, we kindly requested an unboxing video upon delivery so we could properly investigate and also file a claim with the carrier if needed.

However, after the second delivery, we were again informed that incorrect items (women’s clothing) were received. Without the requested unboxing video or additional evidence, it is unfortunately very difficult for us to verify the situation or proceed further with an investigation.

We remain willing to assist, but we kindly ask for your cooperation by providing clear evidence so we can continue working toward a fair resolution.

Good Value, run small

I like the shirts, much like BYLT but not as robust as BYLT. I'm 6'2" 230 and fit and usually wear Large shirts as they fit perfectly. These I bought XL and the shirts were snug so I had to get XXL

The only thinks is the size are a little bigger than usual.
I get pants medium size they are a little bigger for my normal medium size. So I need to get small next time.

I ordered a three pack of the softest…

I ordered a three pack of the softest jogger on 12/31 and was notified that a shipment was coming 17 days later on 1/17. When it arrived there was only one pair of the joggers. No explanation. no email saying the others were in their way. It is now 2/1 and nothing in sight.
