Beautiful products but terrible customer service

I have a very mixed feelings about my opinion cause I love the brand - they create the most beautiful dresses of the best quality, but the customer service IS JUST AWFUL! I have made several purchases with them and when goods are in the warehouse the delivery is quick, no problem.
However, if you buy something and after that they realised they don't have it on stock- It's a nightmare!
I had two situations like that. After your order, you got an email from them that the product is not on stock and they need to cancel. They cancel very quickly. BUT THEN YOU DONT GET YOUR MONEY FOR WEEKS.
IM CURRENTLY WAITING MORE THAN A MONTH TO GET MY MONEY BACK. So before you order be aware this might happen to you too.

AGINT#1736 - REFUND ISSUE ON A DAMAGED DRESS THAT YOU POSTED/SHIPPED TO ME

SCAM BUSINESS MODEL - AGINT#1736 - RE: $52 USD AGUA Taxes

After 3months of battle, I received my refund for the item amount BUT Agua NEVER REFUNDED TAXES PAID on the item amount.

Instead Agua stated that their policy is as follows: Refunds are only issued for the item's paid price. Shipping costs, taxes and / or duties are non-refundable for returns.

Unfortunately the refund issue was not created by me as a customer, you sent me a damaged dress, you were meant to do an exchange but you refused. You then decided to go the route of credit code so as to cheat customers out of taxes. When I didn't receive the credit code for my client and it was late, I then requested refund which you still refused to refund the taxes of $52.19 USD.

As an Accountant I can confidently state that when a customer returns an item and receives a refund, the associated taxes should also be refunded. Since the transaction is reversed, the business is not required to remit those taxes to the government, and retaining them is both misleading and unethical.

I have repeatedly highlighted this issue, and it reflects a deeply flawed and questionable business model. Retaining taxes on refunded items appears to be an intentional practice to exploit customers.

This conduct is not only unacceptable but borders on deceptive. I strongly urge others to reconsider doing business with a company that operates in this manner.

You retain taxes to enrich yourself and company. Very unprofessional.

THIS BUSINESS AND COMPANY IS A SCAM - AVOID THEM...THEY ARE NOT STRAIGHTFORWARD AT ALL.

CROOKS!
I purchased a swimsuit, measured according to their posted sizes on the manufacture website. Received swimsuit tried on fit too large, plus swimsuit color was deceiving/disappointing and not as pictured however, not reason the for return. I Immediately contacted Agua reported the problem and that I would be immediately returning as received. I received a flowerey reply regarding their return policy and followed them implicitly. Suit returned well within refund policy and received signed receipt by shipper. 7 days later with no acknowledgement by Agua I emailed their confirmation of return/receipt a confirmation as they had promised. They replied that yes, suit received and I would receive refund in 10 days…I assumed 10 business days. I emailed on the expected date of refund and was immediately and rudely advised that it would be 15 days no explanation. They have now withheld my refund with no explanation and I have still not received any communication from them or the refund of purchase. I would not trust this BRAND or their business by practice……if you are ordering online. If you must have their product purchase from another Vendor.

Absolutely horrific customer service

Absolutely horrific customer service. Days to respond to emails and the only reason I got them to respond is because I posted publicly about it. Agreed to let me extend my return by two days (and treated me like a felon for missing a return window by 36 hours after Christmas time) but now they can’t produce a shipping label to let me do it after 12 days of back and forth with them. And it’s my fault because they “assumed” for no reason I already had the label. Are incredibly incompetent and it is not worth the money. Now I can send it out of pocket and without liability to them. Unbelievable they are charging $230 USD for a swimsuit top and treating customers like this. BUYER BEWARE

This company is horrible

This company is horrible. Buyer beware please stay away. I received incorrect merchandise and immediately notified the company of the error. Customer service refused to ship the merchandise I ordered and paid for simultaneously with my return of the incorrect merchandise. Agua Bendita’s policy is that the customer must WAIT until the company recoups before taking corrective action for shipment errors made by their staff. I wanted the merchandise that I ordered and erroneously did NOT receive for an upcoming vacation. Unfortunately I will be unable to timely receive and/or use the merchandise I already PAID for due to Agua Bendita “shady” customer service practices. 100% unacceptable!!! Please, please, please save yourself the headache and heartbreak. Purchase your swimwear somewhere else.

Fast and friendly service excellent products

I had ordered two large orders one on a Thursday one on a Friday I received both my orders the following Friday everything was correct and everything I ordered was shipped. I would most definitely order from them again online they’ve got five stars for me fast friendly, and excellent products, any questions I had or answered quickly !!!

The most overvalued stuff I had ever…

The most overvalued stuff I had ever seen. So poorly made and so overpriced. I ordered 8 items and couldn't even keep one. I am size 6 and can fit into anything but the way the dresses are made, with so many straps and weird fabrics, I have spent an hour trying to understand how to wear it and eventually gave up. Horrible quality. I would not keep these items even for free.

I ordered the goods on 17.10. and 23.10. I already had it in the EU, so the delivery was fast, they answered my question about the product by email right away, so I rate the service only positively, and the product? the colors are incredible and the quality is amazing, I am very happy and will order again.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I bought some products through the WhatsApp line since the Website wasn't working. I paid through the link they sent. I never received an order number. After waiting for weeks for a shipment that was supposed to take 5 days, I contact them and they say that I would get it no later than Friday. Clearly this was not the case. I reached out today again and the best possible answer they give is asking again for extra time to ship the product. They never contacted me saying they have been having issues or that there was a delay. If this is with a local buy, I would most definitely NOT buy for international purposes. I feel bad that I didn't look here before buying. Stay away from this company.

They do not write back to complaints, let alone refunds. I am going to describe the case on every portal until they write back to my email. Scandalous and unserious behavior. I do not recommend
