I recently purchased a TV from Samsung

I recently purchased a TV from Samsung, and AGS was the third-party shipping company handling the delivery. My package was initially scheduled to arrive on Monday, April 24th. However, on that day, I found out that the order hadn't even reached the shipping company yet. I understand that delays can happen, so I rescheduled the delivery for Wednesday, April 26th, which is today. To accommodate the delivery, I took the day off from work.

Upon waking up today, I checked the website and discovered that the delivery date had been updated to Friday, April 28th. This means I'll have to take another day off from work. My frustration isn't directed at the delays; I understand that they can occur. What upsets me is the poor communication from the shipping company, as they never informed me of the updated delivery date.

When I called AGS to confirm the situation, the representative took my number in case our call got disconnected. After transferring me to another department, I was put on hold for 10 minutes, only to have the call disconnected abruptly.

This is not an acceptable way to treat customers.
