I ordered a diamond, sapphire and gold bracelet for my wife’s retirement present.
The choice in terms of style, stones, gold and sizes was excellent enabling a truly unique gift.
The whole process was easy to use and communication via the website on the order progress was fantastic and reassuring.
I requested the bracelet to be delivered on a specific date snd sure enough it arrived on cue.
It came well packaged in a leather presentation case with all documentation on authenticity and insurance value.
The lab diamonds truly scintillate and are indistinguishable from mined ones to the untrained eye . I would recommend them.
The bracelet was everything I wanted and suffice it to say my wife was delighted with it.
I will definitely use this company again

I bought the most beautiful diamond ring here but what was most impressive aside from the range was the customer service and care that was given when going through the selection and purchase. Bought a ring- based on my grandmother’s engagement ring. Stones were all different and some had differently cut faces. Company refuses to engage with us on how to resolve this. Some stones are loose and they are coloured differently. Please take a magnifying glass to your stones and check them. All I want is the ring I ordered.
I have tried to upload photos of the original ring and the remade/ repaired, but am unable to. Please contact me for photos. Happy to supply.

AG&Sons is by far one of the best bespoke and custom made jewelers. Not only do they deliver high customer service, going above and beyond, they also prize themselves to give attention to detail, with a willing attitude to ensure what you have asked to be made is done exactly to your requirements. The ring to a while to make but when it arrived my wife loved it, exactly what she hoped it would be. All was well until a stone fell out. A&G were very difficult to contact, but once I got on their WhatsApp account things improved. To be fair, A&G said to send it back for repairs, but that was when the problems started. It took 6 to 8 weeks for the repairs and the returned ring was in a shocking state. The stone had been replaced but a number of the emeralds were chipped, some were loose in their settings and the metal of the ring was warped and badly scratched. My wife was devastated. After more discussions on WhatsApp (with many photos), A&G agreed to have the ring back and replace it. After probably 2 months, the new ring arrived and my wife was heart broken. The emeralds in the new ring were much paler than the original and some of the settings were not very good either. After complaints and 'discussions' I asked for a refund as it's not the same ring. I have only been offered another replacement which we do not want as we have lost faith in A&G. Advice is being taken.

Replacement ring was received several months ago and there are still issues. I've tried to sell it to a reputable jeweller (to recover at least some of my money) and they wouldn't buy it as some of the setting are loose. Been to a variety of other jewellers with no joy. My wife just wants a new (different) ring

Great jeweler to deal with, we wanted a piece from America that couldn't be shipped to the UK, they made it for us and it looks amazing and did not take too long either. We were kept up to date via WhatsApp and on the website. Honestly I highly recommend AG & Sons.

AG & Sons were responsive and thoughtful with regards to my slightly unusual requests. Their rates are fantastic too!

Amazing jewellery from AG & Sons! I ordered my wifes engagement and wedding ring from them with a specific design she wanted and the end product was exactly what she wanted. The quality and attention to detail was so good that I ordered my own ring from here as well!

Amazing customer service. Was nervous about ordering from an online jewellers but I cannot fault this company. They responded asap on WhatsApp even when I messaged late at night. They answered all my queries, and special requests. And the ring was delivered perfectly on time. Sooooo happy🥰🥰

My third order with A G and Sons in last 3 years. Absolutely stunning design they made for me. Just asked them for bespoke real diamond 18k yellow gold pendant and matching earrings sets. They have done it so brilliantly.
