Rav was very helpful in guiding me through the entire process, from touring to signing the contract. Agent And Homes maintained a very professional attitude and we're attentive to my requirements. As an international student, my experience with the company was far better than other similar letting agencies. After the contract was done, Agent And Homes followed up regularly to make sure I was settled in well and to take care of any minor issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is coming to London for the first time and is unfamiliar with the letting process here.

Agent & Homes marketed our property after another agent had been marketing it.
 
The previous agent seemed to do no marketing and relied on their brand name and Rightmove and location of its offices.
 
Rav on the other hand was brilliant after sitting down with us and he was honest about the market and went out of his way to do the best for us. 
 
He did not bring buyers round unless he had vetoed them beforehand.
 
He not only marketed it locally but also on numerous websites and sold it to a buyer from Central London after being told by our former agent it would only be a local buyer who would purchase the house.
 
We were impressed that he knew everything about the area and he kept us up to date on the process throughout.
 
My only regret was we should have found Rav earlier and taken him on as our Sole agent 
 
With his many years as an agent he also personally shows people around not handing over to a junior member of the team

When our initial sale fell through we chose to appoint Rav Sagoo as our selling agent given the flat we were hoping to buy was being sold by him. Rav made the buying and selling experience as smooth as possible and was very motivated to find us a buyer.
Rav was always courteous, professional and easy to get hold of on the phone or email and even worked on weekends to get us over the line.

I thank my lucky stars that I was introduced to Rav Sagoo. His knowledge, experience, negotiating skills and drive were key in getting my flat sold at a crucial time where other agents had failed to either get suitable offers or reliable buyers.
Nothing was ever too much trouble and he very much went above and beyond at a time when the market was at a very difficult point, which was crucial in selling my flat and allowing my onward purchase to proceed.

As a foreigner moving to Germany, I had a wonderful experience with this company. Their service was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process. The photos of the apartment I rented were truthful and accurately depicted the real situation, with the only minor difference being that the space appeared slightly larger in the pictures.

Despite the slightly higher price of the apartment, I found it to be well worth the investment. Searching for an apartment in a foreign country can be a challenge, and the ease and satisfaction of finding the right property was well worth the cost. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with this company and the property I rented.
