5 Star service, what a pleasant and knowledgeable team, found their shop using a Google search and found it was just down the road from my office.
Now I know they are there will definitely use again and very reasonably priced as well.

Extremely helpful and very efficient. I had an issue with my computer, I phoned up, I was able to take my PC straight to the shop. They looked at it straight away and sorted it in minutes. They offered me a clean and service, only cost me £15 and was also done straight away. I couldn't be happier with the care taken to help me. I highly recommend this place!!!

Myself and a friend assembled our first PC together, but were unfortunate enough to have a part arrive broken from the manufacturer.

We decided to contact AGeek to see if they would be able to diagnose the issue and advice from there.

We filled out the contact form that night, after closing time, and received an email response the very next day, even before official opening times.

We were able to bring the PC instore that same morning and AGeek diagnosed the problem and advised us to get a replacement part. The price for this diagnosis was very reasonable.

After feeling annoyed at the manufacturer for sending us a broken part, We asked AGeek if they'd be able to do the assembly of the PC for us once we had the replacement part, they were agreed to do so and the price for assembly also very good!

The staff were very friendly throughout and I was updated regularly via email and a final collection text.

Would absolutely recommend.

Super Friendly Staff, very transparent, affordable and was able to sort out my problem very quickly. If I didn't go to them I probably would have gotten a huge bill from Apple for repairs

I called here with a software problem. The staff had not seen this particular issue before but quickly came back with a fix that worked. Excellent service from start to finish.

Exceptionally good welcome on arrival. Problem with laptop noted carefully. Very rapid service to rectify issue to my complete satisfaction. I felt at home, listened to and treated with respect. On top of this, there was no charge, because the remedy was so easy to do and took such a short time. I was very impressed with the service and its effectiveness.

We have a music system comprising, radio, old school turntable and cd player. Only the CD player was malfunctioning. Our local repair café could not help but aGeek were very helpful. They analysed the problem and sourced and fitted a replacement part. The whole set-up is now fully functioning. The repair did take several weeks but much of the delay was due to waiting for delivery of the replacement part. We are happy with the service and delighted that the sound system has now a longer life.

I dropped my iphone 8 off on a Saturday morning to have a new battery fitted. Although the shop was busy the staff were very patient particularly with an older customer and didn't rush anyone, which was nice to see. They completed the work in about an hour and I picked it up later when I'd finished shopping. Everything worked as it should and I even had a follow email about a week later checking if everything was OK. What a great, professional and friendly service. Thank You, Mike

Ageek did a diagnostic on my laptop and promptly found and corrected the problem. Always satisfied with their service and communication.

Excellent service. Rang to enquire about a problem with my iPhone battery this morning. By lunchtime the job was done for a very reasonable price. Every aspect of the experience was brilliant. Highly recommended.

The guys were able to check my laptop, solve the problem, keeping me up to date with each process and a written report of the fault. I was given several options and each was explained well. Within a couple of days I have it back working perfectly with the confidence that they are always there to help. (I am not Comupter savie at all). very grateful they are there. Many thanks

I can't say enough good things about aGeek. The guys have handled all my laptop repairs for many years, and they are not just skilled at what they do, but are also complete gentlemen.

They are generous with their time and knowledge, take the time to explain what the problem was in a way that's easy to understand, and they answer all my questions (incredibly!) patiently. They never make you feel rushed or like you're bothering them, which makes the stress of having tech issues far less stressful.

One of the aspects of aGeek that impresses me most is their honesty. They don't rip you off, their prices are very fair, and their service is totally worth the money.

If you're ever in need of laptop repairs, I couldn't recommend aGeek enough. The guys there are not just tech geniuses, but they are also some of the friendliest people you'll meet.

I cannot thank the guys at Ageek enough. I have a budding 13 year old who was frustrated at his laptop glitching etc. in knowing his teen birthday was coming up,I enquired on his frustrations via email and in shop with my son. I was then kindly given so many different options of quotes to rectify his frustration on lagging etc. we really didn’t think we would ever be able to afford a custom built system with a pc monitor- but the forever growing respect of these guys helped me able to do so,and we can’t thank them enough. Bryn spent his night building his new system the day before his birthday which was a total surprise,given that I was there to finish the payment.Nathan and the crew constantly updated me via email and answered any questions we had. I would absolutely suggest to anyone who was looking for an upgrade to acquire a custom built from the guys at Ageek, we are astounded by the difference, so much so that my boy said that instead of lagging it was opposite where the comp was too quick for him, I heard him scream in excitement and bewilderness stating “ITS JUST TOO GOOD” 😂😆 those words after the efforts from myself and the team was overwhelmingly glorious to here. One huge thing to note is that they really helped regarding installation, it was quite frankly a plug in and play set up, which was so helpful as I ain’t a comp whizz.

We shall be in to order a desk with the same colourful led lights that is in his system ready for Xmas. My son will be visiting your shop to give some treats for you all for such an outstanding job.I would advise any parent/customer to access the shop via email, in store or phone for any queries they may have because it seems that ANYTHING is possible with these guys, within my experiences anyways!

AMAZING service! It's a rare thing nowadays to get really decent service - someone who obviously really wants to help, and cheerfully does so. The 2 guys I dealt with at ageek were both like that. They rapidly and cheerfully diagnosed my problem, fixed it, explained exactly what they'd done and tidied up my wiring into the bargain, all whilst expertly dealing with multiple other customers as it was a busy lunchtime. For this, they asked £15 (I think!) - I gave them £20, despite not being one to tip, because they deserve to succeed. Whilst waiting, I watched how they dealt with other customers, and they were being really careful to avoid asking for passwords unless they were genuinely needed for the work, and to communicate what they would and just as importantly wouldn't be able to back up before rebuilding a guy's operating system. The list of "rules they live by" beside the cash register were well thought out too. Seriously, as a techie myself (I do programming and computer security work for my job) I rarely have need for services like this, but would recommend them to anyone, and only wish the IT support guys at work (a multinational bank) were half as helpful and personable.

An excellent service is provided by the whole team. They are knowledgeable and pleasant. We have used AGeek services for several years and will continue to do so.
