Such a bad company.
Uses second hand products, or products which have a hardware error in it.

Within 1 week of receiving my PC, my VRAM was corrupted, a "brand new GPU" that can't handle games due to crashing.

For a Pc which costs over 1000 euro, you'd expect it could run easy games as Rocket League and such.

Never ever ever order from this company.

Ordered a full pre-built setup. It arrived on time but the GPU is not functioning. I've been sending mails, tickets, and have attempted calling for over 2 weeks now with not a single answer from support. For a client who's spent close to 2000 euros on a faulty product I would expect the BARE MINIMUM to be an answer on their part.

Quality pc at a very interesting price, very reactive on mail.

I ordered my PC from Agando because I wanted the installation to be done by an expert. I must admit that I was hesitant to order a computer from Agando at first because I wasn't sure if the delivery would be handled carefully, but my worries were in vain because the whole process went very smoothly.

All my questions were answered pretty quickly by the customer support. I was notified via e-mail at every update throughout the process. The delivery was very fast and the computer was very well packaged.

I would definitely buy from Agando again and recommend it.

PC ordered and arrrived perfectly. It might have been late by a few days but who cares? It was still way faster than most other shops and cheaper too. I would definitely recomment it if needed.

Between the order initiation and receiving the pc it took exactly 15 days which is pretty fast since I’m in france.

The pc has been received in good shape with protection and the cabling was very good. The benchmark was also pretty good.

In terms of delivery it went from dhl germany then handed over to colissimo which did a great job.

Overall this is a very serious gaming pc store and i would recommend it to anyone.

Gpu died in about 6 months warranty was denied because I opened it to repaste it I did this as the hotspot was 105c that's wayy out of spec. After returning it they refused to help the is against European law as there is a 2year legal warranty and those stickers can't be enforced.

(This has been settled case has been dropped)

My laptop stopped charging whithin about a year and half, I sent it back, after about a month they said they can't fix it because there is physical damage, the damage is superficial, it 100% did not touch the motherboard, which they are claiming is the cause of the issue. I got scammed in a 1000 euros

Great service, great pricing of their hardware. And direct communication when asking questions.

Arrived pretty quickly in france, in perfect condition and perfectly working.
Amazing price for the performances you get.
The only small downside is that their emails are most of the time in german, but its not much of a problem.

Very good PC and shipping

My computer came 2 weeks ago and never goes on. Very difficult to contact the website to get it repair. They ask you to repair it by yourself but without being responsible if you broke something else. Too long to wait them to take it back.

Gaming PC received very quickly, just 6 days after ordering. All the steps of the order are well detailed by email. The parcel was perfectly packed and very well protected. The price is absolutely competitive for such a configuration. If I have another computer purchase to do, I will turn to Agando again.
