My main worry was regarding shipping , but there again no problem at all ! ( order from France to ship to Japan)

I wanted to support the African community by trying a new website, however I am highly disappointed. I purchased an item and a few days later I got a cancelation email for my order. (Ok, no big deal). However the first red flag was the refund showed (€0.00). I immediately wrote the seller and requested a full refund. A few days later I get another email with the seller showing my refund in addition to other made up numbers including shipping fees and articles that I was never orginally charged. I noticed a few dollars are missing as the amount I was refunded does not match how much I was originally charged with my bank after the Euro to USD conversion. Lastly, as I am withdrawing the funds back to my bank account from the Wallet, I noticed that I am being charged additional fees. Bad business.

The dress tha I orderd looked realy nice but whatI Received was not what I expected to see, it looked luke simethung made realy realy fast and odd shape, the beading start falling off as I was taking it out of the bag. It was also too big for the precis measerments I provided and also too long even when I was wearing high heals, I did not like the fit at all. I wish the dress was more fitted to hug my body, but it's was de uposite.

Purchase at your own risk. Lots of sellers post items that are no longer available. They accept your purchase then tell you that the item is no longer in stock and offer you an alternative, which is a trap. Why post items when you don't update your images and check your stock? The reimbursement is usually in the form of a "wallet" to purchase something else on the website, not a direct refund to your credit card. Another trap. Trying to contact customer service is a frustrating process. Would stay away from this website. Lots of nice products, but sadly, many irresponsible sellers with questionable five-star reviews.
