Waiting for mu supplements. Week ago ordered. It sais 3-4 days delivery. Stil nothing. Never answer my email. Last time ordered. Never again!!!!

Easy to follow website and ordering process. Delivery within 2 days despite being free of charge but most important the order was correct

I was struggling to find the product I needed and when I phoned the store the guy was very helpful and gave some great advice. He called me back with a number of options available and arranged for quick delivery. The customer service is outstanding and they really know their stuff! I won't buy products from anywhere else!! Highly recommend

I buy all my supplements from Affordable Supplements now, buying on-line can be risky but I completely trust this site. The service is fantastic, good competitive prices. Never had any issues, dispatch and delivery is always very quick and products I use have always been available.

Every time i use this company the service i receive is excellent. Nothing appears too much trouble. My only complaint is that they have never credited me for signing up to their newsletter 2 years ago and also for referring a friend. Cant complain though as in every other way they are excellent

I find the service very efficient and cost effective.
You can also get good advice if you need it over the phone.

Good price good service, response to emails with questions such as "is this ok to take if you are in the military?" honest and well informed. I use them every time and will continue to do so.

Just a really great company to work with. Vety reliable and it's much better to support smaller companies such as AS, especially when they put so much effort into their customer service.

I looked at several suppliers and opted for this company based on price. The website was easy to follow/navigate and the alternatives were clearly priced and easy to select.

Having found the exact combination of products I wanted for the cheapest price AND got a freebee cup to boot, I opted for the free delivery even though it would take longer. When I say a little longer the emphasis is on 'a little'. Having ordered on Wednesday afternoon the package arrived first thing Friday morning. I had emails all the way including an exact 1 hour slot (it arrived in the first few minutes of that slot).

As a customer...I'm hard to please, but if this company keep up this level of service, I will be a repeat customer for some time!

I recommend them with no hesitation.

I found using affordable supplements very easy to use from using their website to choose which products to buy, to ordering and tracking my delivery. I found the way they handle the problem of one of the products being out of stock, excellent. The only fault was one of the items I bought only gave me 40 servings instead of the stated 60 servings when I followed the instructions.

Good selection of products and good special offers.
It would be nice if they'd stock certain things like big bags of ground oats

Each time I use affordable supplements the delivery is fast, well packaged and with good instructions for use. The products are second to non. I am getting noticble results each time and am very happy with everything I have had. The support and advice is great and if there are any problems I'm always contacted to keep me informed.

All round good service and fast to dispatch items. 1 star dropped due to not being able to see if an item is in stock. Had a few issues with out of stock items and long waits between communications. Could do with the option of sending out in stock items on a large order and not holding back entire order until item back in stock. Few small issues otherwise great service. Always able to contact by phone, no problem.

Great service very time.

When I ordered a product that had sold out in a particular flavour somebody contacted me the same day to let me know and suggested similar alternative products and refunded the price difference in good time.

After placing my order I reviewed an email to say the product would arrive 3-4 days later. A week later it had still not arrived I was told on the phone that they had emailed me to say if was out of stock....never got an email.
10 days later I rang to be told the product would be in store Wednesday and I shall received it Thursday....guess what never got it....emailed to be told would be 2-3 days later . The delivery date I received an email to sat it's on it's way and will be with you between 3-4pm....6:30pm it was delivered

If the products a good seller and your out of stock a lot order more AFS....

I have used the guys for about 12 months now and they have always been good at handling my orders. On the rare occasions when there has been a problem they have phoned me straight away and offered solutions, and then kept to their word!
