Royal mail instead of DPD
Never used before but was happy to see it was part of the AO group. After using them was very happy with service and speed. One little complaint was that they used Royal mail instead of DPD. like the tracking with dpd.

Not a very good first time experience …
Not a very good first time experience with this Company. I ordered a new iPhone and 24hrs later saw their Sister company, Mobiles Direct were offering a newer model at a better price. I cancelled within that time and even though I got an email a few days later saying order was cancelled, another few days later, the phone was delivered to me . Although they did collect it from me fairly quickly, it seems now they didn't cancel the order properly and the network provider has charged me even though I didn't even so much as open the box. Not sure I would try them again
