On August 13th my mom and I both had an appointment for dentures. My mom needed a replacement of dentures and they charged her $1,650.00. My mom since she received her dentures she had two adjustments so far and needing a 3 adjustment. The dentures are poor fitting and too tight for her and they hurt her gums badly. She can’t talk or eat with them and the keep falling from her mouth. Everytime you call they don’t answer the phone or return your calls after leaving messages. Supposed to wear for nine months that they charge me for. My price was $6,385.00. Since receiving my dentures they don’t fit properly and I can’t eat with them or talk with them. My gums are swollen and very sore. They keep falling out my mouth. Now remind you I got my dentures on August 13th and on September 14th I got an adjustment and on September 15th I could not put back in
My mouth and they kept falling out and hurting my gums so bad. I called my regular dentist for an appointment to examine my gums because when I told the doctor my gums so sore he said that was normal and he was very rude and disrespectful when I told him it hurts . All they do is force the teeth in your mouth and don’t examine your mouth to see how it is doing or listening to you. In this office it is a lot young people. My mom both been calling the office but the voicemail keep coming on and they don’t answer the phones. This office needs to be shut down. My mom and I are in the process disputing a refund back and will be reporting them to the BBB and their corporate office. This is very unacceptable how they treat their customers. I regret ever going to this location. They don’t care about you as a patient or your concerns. Please do not go to this this office.

I've had my implants for only six months and one of the
inserts fell out. I was told that there would be no charge;
they lied. When I got to my appointment, I was told
there would be a $240.00 charge and that since I had my work done at an office that they had closed, they could not honor their promise or stand by their work.
I can not recommend them at all; they lie.

I had an appointment September 1, 2026 and received a treatment plan. I’ve been trying to call back to schedule another appointment to begin treatment and can’t get anyone on the phone or anyone to call me back.

They are very nice and care about you and your needs .. they went above and beyond to help get my situation straight and I give them a ten +

To many visits for simple services. 2 hr+ wait time for appointment. Not clear with what to expect.

Provided good service, worked make dentures fit perfectly.

Dr. Vlad is very educated & experienced, he went over every step of evwrything he did. Made sure i was comfy & pain-free through every step.
I've had 2 major procedures here already with him and i've been extremely happy with both. Dental staff and front desk staff are very good too, going over details, ensuring i'm set with future appointments and such.

Dr Shannon and her staff work efficiently and truly care. I am really struggling with the bottom denture while trying to eat. Have tried everything but nothing has worked. They have been great to see me and do what they can to help. I cannot wait for the implant post to heal where I can use them!

Dr. Speck and his assistant Sam made me feel so welcomed! I have only experienced a select few dentists that I absolutely love and he is most definitely one of them. I was not judged for how my teeth looked at all by anyone in that office. I just got my extractions a couple days ago and so far having delt with this place it has been great. Thank you Dr. Speck for being amazing and making me have prettier teeth that I can be confident with!

Staff was amazingly pleasant. Pretty nervous when I arrived and the doctor just put me at ease. She explained everything to me that was going to happen. I was in and out before my actual appointment time. Would highly recommend this office.

I was very nervous because I have never been able to get my Dentures done because of so many health problems but starting with 2 Receptionist at the front desk my experience started out amazing they were very concerned that I was happy with the results although the nurse in the back took care of me and made sure that I was comfortable with my smile bc to be honest my bottom teeth were not meeting my top teeth and she said to me immediately, Oh no sweetie your gonna need a vial done. She walked me upfront and told the receptionist what was needed and they scheduled me for the very next day. When the Dentist was done all I could do is cry. I was so happy and excited bc my teeth looked just like they did before the health conditions I waited so long to find a dentist that could really create the teeth I wanted for me. I could write a book the Doctor was so respectfully nice and concerned after it was all ive when I asked what was his name because I truly forgot after being so excited about the way they looked and crying because I was so happy I was told that he was the Owner and he really cares about his patients. I will never forget my first time experience one that I had to build up the courage to go but I am so glad I did Thank you so much.

Every one was very helpful and the Dentist was gentle and kind! Everything was explained clearly, and I was made to feel very comfortable! Thank you very much!
