From the time i called the 800 number…
From the time i called the 800 number to verify appointment, cost, i went to the office the day of. My appointment was not in the system, they didn’t verify price. Everything i went in prepared for was not correct. They couldn't bill Insurance, like i was told. This was the most awful experience i have ever had at any place of business. I would never step foot in this place or tell anyone else to go here.

I felt like I was being rushed
I felt like I was being rushed. I just received my permanent dentures and they were not fitting right, they were hurting and needed adjusting. I was told to come back in 2 weeks to adjust again. I live an hour away and take time off from work to come here. Since my visit I have not worn the permanent dentures due to them hurting my gums. This was a total waste of my time. I know it takes time to adjust but if they are hurting before using them, that makes no sense.

Staff is exceptionally sweet they make everyone feel like they are their only client.
They are very efficient there was no long waiting.
They will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your new smile.
If there’s any issues they are more than happy to remedy the issue.
I was so nervous going in but every one of the staff I came in contact with was reassuring and supportive.
10 out of 10 experience.
That’s saying a lot for a dentist office.

Doctor was aggressive and dismissive
Doctor was aggressive and dismissive. Injecting directly into the nerve caused immense pain and I screamed. He threw, literally threw down his instruments and said, "I can't work with this." I have been referred to an oral surgeon because he is inexperienced and incompetent. I've had my mouth numb before, I've never been attacked like this and blamed for experiencing pain. I also lost a day of work for this idiot.
