Everything has good on ferry but in port of Calais I don't have any possibility to buy 1 coffee. Coffee shop close and coffee machine out of service.

Ferry was cancelled, and I had to wait 4 hours at Calais port. I missed my appointment in Kent as a result. The food on board the ferry is awful. My advice is not to use this ferry company

3 hours delay without any information or explanation why.

We arrived in Calais at 7.30pm for our 9.50pm ferry to a queue of at least thousand cars. We were waiting to recieve our tickets until 9.30pm and were told our ferry is deleyed and will leave at 1am. Later two more queues for customs and afer we found our lane we were waiting. Two small children in the car, we have run out of food and drinks as well as people waiting with us. Bathroom only available where the lane was. We waited until 1.15 am, nothing was happening. To then find out from a person ahead of us that there is no ferries until 3am. An official from p&o was standing at the bottom of the lanes claiming "the routs on the sea are busy"- his words. Magically ferry arrived shortly after but we didnt get on it until 3am. People from 5 different missed ferries were with us, very busy. Lad responsible for how people park have shouted "f*** this" at my husband. We were in Calais from 7.30 until 3am. I am absolutley appalled and angry. I will never again use p&o

You let me and my two small kids wait 7 hours in car park before I go on board. You didn’t have enough stuff to deal with all the traffic.

The only problem was getting through the customs. I was in the queue over 90 minutes before my sailing and still missed my sailing due to the delays. You should tell people to check in 2 hours before not 1 hour.
