certain restaurants and foods which were advertised were not available like cornish pasties, even the warming oven was lit but empty and the food unavailable during the week when why advertise it on the screen and have the apparatus including a sign lit and on.

We were the lucky family as we arrived 15.40 and thanks to Quick controles we were able to catch a two hour earlier ferry than booked

Priority boarding backfired - we arrived 4 and half hours before the slot we booked for (10pm), hoping we will board in the slot 2 hours before ours (8-pm). we were the 5th car that arrived for the 10pm slot, and the first in the Priority boarding lane. 25 cars from the 10pm slot were loaded in the 8pm crossing, but not one from the priority boarding lane... PB backfired...

I had a little trailer with me, not on ticket, i had to pay 504 euro extra for it, unbelievable Personal didn't have any remorse, pay or stay What a disaster Chris

Very simple and nicely organised. The only thing which should be better is the possibility of contacting the company in case of emergency. There is no way to do so. But otherwise a good experience.
