Horrible business, taking money out of checking, when not authorized to do so!!! Just like dealing with a LOAN SHARK!!! THIS COMPANY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS, WITH EASY , QUICK MONEY !!! No Real Help for Customers – Only Told to Pay More

I had a very frustrating experience with Advance Financial. I borrowed a total of $4,385, and after making several payments from my bank account, including $236.13 on January 9, 2026, $364.45 on January 23, 2026, $387.45 on February 5, 2026, and $379.21 on February 20, 2026, for a total of $1,367.24 paid to date., I noticed that very little of what I paid was actually going toward reducing the principal balance due to the extremely high interest and fee structure.

When I realized this, I contacted their customer service department to try to work out a solution. I explained the situation and asked if there was any way to lower my payment or restructure the loan so that more of my payment would go toward reducing the principal. I was hoping for some type of hardship option or reasonable repayment arrangement because I do not want to default or have negative credit on my report.

Unfortunately, the only option they offered was for me to increase my monthly payment if I wanted the principal balance to go down faster. In other words, the only “solution” provided was to pay even more money. There was no flexibility, no attempt to work with the customer, and no meaningful assistance offered.

The way the loan is structured makes it extremely difficult to make real progress on the balance, and the lack of willingness to work with customers who reach out for help is very concerning. Consumers should be extremely cautious before borrowing under these terms, because what may seem like short-term help can quickly become a very expensive and difficult cycle.

Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to fully understand the total cost and repayment structure before using this service.

24/7 is not a good business to get…

24/7 is not a good business to get money. Once they have your card info, they will take payments are there pleasure. They took (3) payments in two days from me which cause other problems paying my bills.

Despite the numerous negative reviews…

Despite the numerous negative reviews seen, in which this company has sued consumers for more money than was ever loaned to them, I decided to try (desperation=stupidity). I was declined for loan after giving them transparency to my bank account showing the numerous repeat deposits from my employer as well as side gigs. They declined because they say my bank account is listed as a savings or prepaid account, which is completely false. I receive numerous deposits to this account weekly, and many times daily! A legitimate bank account with checking AND savings! Aren’t all bank account prepaid?!? You’ve got to be kidding me.

Not Happy!

AF247.com recently changed their security settings. Which is fine, but now I can't access my account this has been going on for 2 weeks. Still can't get it. I have spent hours trying. I'm done.

Rebecca S from Tennessee was absolutely amazing! She didn’t stop. I had a bit of an unusual issue, she crossed every T and dotted every i. Her charm is something to treasure, any problem I had was would have been masked with her spirit. I don’t know what she makes or what her job title is but she should be rich and the boss. If I owned a business this rooted in customer service I would want her to be at the front leading the charge. I’ve had several interactions with this company prior, none have been pleasurable. By any means. I even lost faith almost completely with this company til today during my encounter with Rebecca S from Tennessee. She’s a shining star. A star pupil, a true leader and example of customer service satisfaction in its purest form. Give this lady a raise!

I called and told them my fico score up…

I called and told them my fico score up front, Michelle refused to let me speak to anyone else about the likelihood of approval. She wasted over an hour of my time. These people are cockroaches that will do anything to earn a buck- then she tells me about th450% interest rate at the very end, only because i asked… im convinced the 5 star reviews are fake
