Its not the company its the janky web site that's kicks me off every other month. so when I travel outside of the country I think I can make my payments on time with the internet. No you cant . so you end up late on payments that double what you owe. I'm blocked from the site as I type this. It almost seems like it is done on purpose. Called today to inquire about how the company worked to help someone like me. Call and spoke with gentlemen in Kingsport,TN and he did application on the phone. Call again and for nice lady in Cleveland, TN and she answered my questions. Called again and got nice lady in Dickson, TN and she also answered questions I had. Then stopped at office in Dayton TN and JR. Was so nice and helped me finish everything and I walked out with what I needed and a smile on my face. Thanks to everyone for all the help.
