Excellent customer service
I phoned the customer service line with a query about my last two bills, which were much more expensive than usual and would be unsustainable going forward. I wanted to see if these costs could be reduced. Chanel took my query, and was able to resolve the situation by applying a spend cap to prevent any more large bills, and she was able to organize a refund for me of £170, which I am delighted about and very grateful for.
