quick, pleasant and efficient
I was put straight through, the assistant was pleasant and helpful, had my account on screen from my name and postcode instantly, then suggested I provided a password for the future, which I did, then immediately understood what I required, suggested a sensible spending cap and applied it. What more could I ask?

Due to an oversight on my part I over used my data by a large amount on contacting Aerial Direct. A costumer service member Tim, was really professional patient and understanding helping all the way. Securing my phone against future mistakes, I will be reimbursed in full. Very few companies would do that definitely recommend this company . Big thank you Tim.
