Bought a transmission for specific car and they delivered the wrong transmission and now they are not responding. This could be solved easily by us returning the wrong the transmission in exchange for the correct one we ordered. but they are not responsive. so I will contact their suppliers.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE TO ANYONE
We have bought an automatic gearbox for a mercedes sprinter but they delivered a completely different one.
When I tried asking about them they tried to tell me that it's completely fine for a replacement, but it's impossible to install this.
Also since then they don't respond to anything.
Don't buy from these people.
I have contacted the authorities to settle this case

SO TODAY (29.01.24) I'VE CONTACTED THEM FOR WARRANTY OFFER AND THEY SAID IT'S RUN OUT ALREADY HOWEVER THERE'S STILL 1 MONTH LEFT. THEIR WARRANTY OFFER IS PURE LIE,DON'T GET FOOLED.
