Worst insurance company.

Worst insurance company.
Unfriendly & unhelpful staff.
They try their best to not cover anything.
I definitely do not recommend. Stay away from them!

Scammers ! Achtung!!

Hey guys !

I’m here to warn you from this insurance. They are scammers. My dad had a tumour and they denied it - denied to answer the doctors - denied covering any expenses despite it fully within their coverage. They are liars and scammers be aware. Be aware I mean it. Don’t get them

worst insurance company not just in…

worst insurance company not just in germany but worldwide , dont sign a contract with them trust me , theyre so shady, dont pay nothing and always lie to lure people into signing a contract. screw them i will even sue them for lying

Be careful with this company

Be careful with this company. It seems shady. After filing a claim, they didn't respond and could not reach via Email or Phone. In Google Map could not find an exact business place in Germany. I would not recommend this insurance.

Possibly the WORST company ever.

Possibly the WORST company I've ever dealt with in my life honestly
They keep responding late to emails, barely pick up calls, and delayed paying my hospital bills so much that it led to lawyers reaching out to me and adding significant delay fees. Still dealing with this. Would recommend never working with advigon honestly.
Cannot tell you how much stress this has added to my life

Worst insurance in Germany

Worst insurance in Germany! Be very careful with them. Make sure you don't sign a contract where they only pay 2.3 times GOÄ bacause many doctors charge more and you will end up losing a lot of money. Also, it takes them at least 3 weeks to reply to simple emails and reimbourse the money. I left after being insurned for 3 months, absolutely horrible experience!
