Avoid if buying an apartment!!

We hired Søren Lindahl as our lawyer for the purchase of our apartment (ejerlejlighed). He said the apartment was in good condition. 2 months after purchase we found out that the building is in bad condition and we now owe 154,000 DKK to repair.
The information about the facade was available on the building's website but Søren does not think it was his obligation to check the website (even though the documents received with the sale that he reviewed refer to the information on the website).
I regret hiring a lawyer who does not carefully check all documents, and denies any culpability for not doing so.
