I had a number of items in my order. two of the items were out of stock - ASW contacted me to request replacement of items that were unavailable with alternate items, that were more expensive, however were replaced at no additional cost. Although I only opted for standard postage, ASW sent my order by Express Post as an additional act of goodwill.
