Great prices for the motorcycle tyres, and speedy delivery, good status updates

Fast delivery, simple process.

Second time ordering. Again, very pleased with the services. Great DOT and delivered in the estimated time.

No updates as to when the tyres were delivered to the fitter from Tyre leader, only the courier The fitter wasn't made aware who the tyres were for. It wasn't clear on the purchasing journey that fitting wasn't included in the price. Will stick to blackcircles as a smoother, more transparent service.

I was very sceptical once I’d purchased as I couldn’t contact anyone. It was only via WhatsApp or messenger. Once I got through to these no one could find my order number. I did think I’d been scammed. But then someone contacted me saying they had the order. I ordered on Wednesday Night and the tyres arrived Friday afternoon and got them fitted on the car Saturday. All in all a scary but awesome service. Maybe they should have an actual contact number for future buyers. Now I know how it works will definitely use again as I saved nearly £400 on the tyres for my Macan turbo.

The products are great, but the transfer was bit interesting. 2 out of 4 arrived directly within 1 week, the other 2 will be touring Europe in 2 weeks.

I was very happy to find out that the wheels and the tyres that I ordered correspond exactly to the model of my car ( thank you very much for that )

It was satisfactory until my items disappeared from the courier's tracking system on 15th January.

Very very unsatisfactory since yesterday when I emailed to ask for tyreleader to follow up with the courier. I have emailed again today and still no response.

Easy ordering, everything smooth, notifications for order on the way.
Only minus is that package delivered and left without notice or call! Security called me that I have a package at security desk! Unprofessional!

Tires arrived well packed and in time. Dot is 4625.

I’m not a big fan of ordering online, especially when there is no address visible or no contact phone number to follow up. But lider delivered in a timely manner. Tracking numbers would be nice to follow the order. I used them, because no one else could deliver the offroad tire size that I wanted. Can’t say the tires were a bargain, but could not source them anywhere else in Spain. Would use Lider again without question.

The tires are good, the website is responsive and I got updates but the courier service they chose was not good. I ordered 4 tires, 2 of them delivered together and the last 2 tires came separately with two different courier services for three times.
