Friendly and Helpful
Initial sales contact by Trevor was friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasure to arrange my requirements and get the right solution. Installation was prompt and engineer (Ellie) was capable, friendly and helpful. The only slight disappointment was that two visits were required as not all the required parts were stocked on her van first time. But a minor inconvenience.

Rather a long wait for engineer reset
Rather a long wait for engineer reset. Eight minutes in queue then another six or seven minutes while they did the job. Last time it was all done and dusted inside a few minutes. Other than that, staff very pleasant and polite.

Great service from ADT
We phoned ADT and they treated our concerns seriously. They sent an engineer the same day as we needed a repair to our smoke alarm detector. We needed a new detector and panel and these were ordered and fitted the next working day. The engineer, Jake Basheer, was excellent from start to finish. He fitted the new items quickly and afterwards, showed us clearly how to use the new panel and asked us if we had any questions for him. He said that we could get in touch with him if we ever need any extra help. We were very happy with his expertise and warmth. Thank you.
