Weekend call back unexpected
I didn't expect to receive a call back as it was the weekend so this was unexpected and very helpful as it meant I could plan my week around the visit once it was booked.

look elsewwhere for this type of service.
having seen other, very recent single-star reviews for this group, i can only assume that something has changed within their "organisation" (i use the word loosely). we have been with ADT / JCI for many decades and have simply accepted their slow demise without registering it. so, we need alarm and CCTV training for additional / new staff, we are willing to pay but, despite our current contract coming to an end in 3 days time, all i get are empty promises, suggesting "someone" will contact us, this never happens, i have to chase, only to receive the same empty promises. i have names and e-mail addresses but still, nothing. it appears that, whilst we are a business, they don't give a hoot about the smaller clients. i will be researching other companies who not only offer the same or similar services, i will be looking for those who actually want and will appreciate the business.
update... coincidentally, following my review... "suddenly" my questions were answered!! (how strange) why does it take this type of action to get a response to a question that will eventually earn a company money?

Excellent customer service and delivery of services. The whole process was explained as well as functional features of the product. Setup was undertaken by engineer and synchronised with security camera. This made everything seamless.

After discussing where cameras were best placed George soon had them installed. He worked without creating any mess. He explained clearly how the cameras worked and set them to my initial preferences, integrating them with our alarm. I feel very confident a good job has been done

My installation was an upgrade to an old wired house alarm system and went really well. It was arranged after a routine service visit with good communication pre update. Robbie the installer was brilliant throughout checking with us regularly what we wanted. Robbie gave us a good demo of the system and left our house clean and tidy. Excellent.

Alarm Service and Maintenance
Had my alarm serviced today by Matthew Woodall, he was very polite and professional. He phoned to let me know when coming, arrived on time and was very respectful of the property. After he'd checked everything was working well, he even told me about extra features on the system I didn't know about.
Great service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
