Would give 0 starts if I could. Stay away from this company. Do not buy from them. It is a Chinese company, not based in the Netherlands. They are scammers and will scam you out of your money. The clothes are not what they advertise, quality is terrible and they will not refund, despite saying they will. This company should be banned from shipping to Australia.

They are a drop shipping scheme at best and scammers at worst.

It is aimed at Australian customers and says based on the Netherlands but where are they really from - you guessed it China!

They advertise “straight forward returns” that is absolutely not the case. I asked to return my tiny badly made clothes and I was met with many questions, including encouraging me to buy more items delays and then ultimately sending my items back only for them to be held at customs and them your guessed it - wanting more money. They could not even send me proof that they had been asked to pay the customs fee. Eventually after much insistence thru sent me a very dodgy unverified screenshot which had multiple red flags. This back and forth went on for weeks until eventually, I lost my money, items and was out of pocket for the return fee as well.

To add to this awful returns process designed to make people lose their money, their clothes are poor quality and not true to size.

Avoid at all costs!! It will just be a matter of time before the poor reviews come in and they will rebrand. Always check where a company is REALLY based. I learned a hard and expensive lesson.

I purchased a dress advertised as a linen maxi shirt dress. First of all the item didn't arrive before I left for holidays - 10days from ordering. Once I returned 4 weeks later, the dress had been delivered whilst away.
The dress was not as advertised - it's completely synthetic 95% polyester, 5% elastine - NOT LINEN AT ALL!!
I emailed the company asking for a full refund as the dress was falsely advertised.
They repeatedly refused to refund as it was out of the 30day return period. I explained the situation, mainly they advertised the dress falsely claiming it to be linen.
Back and forth - multiple emails, still they refused a full refund, only a 30% partial refund - RIDICULOUS... This wasn't a change of mind or wrong size situation - it was completely advertised falsely!!

DONOT buy from this company!!!!
When you actually click on the link here for their website, it shows "Adriel Fashion Melbourne" with an image of a lady out the front of the store with the SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE IN THE BACKGROUND!!!!! Why would it be called Melbourne??!!!
AND... knowing the location that image would "have been taken", there is NO RETAIL there - it is parkland!!!

So the image is false - AI, the company completely and falsely presents themselves as an Australian company but it is all a lie!!!!!!!
Address for contact details show the Netherlands, but when I asked for the return address for the item, they gave me a Chinese address.....

AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!
