Why would you list it on the internet for sale and not have it in stock. Sales rep said its AI. I recieved my order and all is A+

Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company. I originally ordered 2 products on May 1, 2026. They sent 1 broken, I filed a claim, payment declined, filed another claim, received an email saying order was declined for $0.00. It’s currently August 7, 2026, and I have not received either item. It’s like pulling teeth just to get what I ordered. Almost 100 days now and no products.
