Skip a headache and ship elsewhere

Skip a headache and ship elsewhere. I had an order that does not match the listing, arrived damaged due to improper packing and they do not take responsability for it. The case is now running on European Comission Dispute Resolution.
EDIT - Of course you will refund. PayPal obliges you to do that. And you will pay the return shipping after the dispute on ECDR is finished. Aholes.
