Adidas very unhelpful

It would appear Adidas use Evri to make their deliveries. As usual Evri failed to deliver and so I contacted Adidas chat. They were about as helpful as a chocolate teapot with their best suggestion being that I should contact Evri myself - they were not prepared to do so. They also said they were unable to do anything else until 4 days after it should have been delivered. When I told them I needed the order sooner as it was for a birthday they basically said 'tough'. Very poor service - won't be ordering from them again!

I have raised a formal complaint with Adidas and their response had demonstrated how poor their customer service is! Despite having to reorder and pay an additional fee to avoid the numpties at Evri getting hold of it again all I was offered was a refund via a gift voucher which they then issued via email.....except no gift card was included. Also why the hell would I want a gist card given I was forced to reorder before they got it sorted. They have provided no compensation whatsoever. Adidas are best avoided!

Adidas Customer Service

First of all, the phone customer service of Adidas needs serious improvement. The representatives I spoke with clearly did not know the answers to basic questions. Instead of helping, they either gave incorrect information or simply disconnected the call when they did not know what to say.
This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating for customers who are trying to resolve a simple issue. Because of this terrible experience, I had to cancel my order.
After dealing with this level of service, I have no interest in doing business with Adidas again.

Crap app even worse customer service (Buyer Beware)

I entered into a drawing for the
Sp5da x Adidas Superstar collaboration sneakers. I did not win the sneakers yet Adidas charged my personal account $161.63. When I called customer service to ask why that happened and when to expect my money back they joyfully replied “7-14” calendar days. Did I mention this was my first time ever attempting to purchase a pair of Adidas using their apo and this was the worst first time experience I’ve ever had. The website crashed, and they were unable to tell people if they won the drawing or not when I saw the money get deducted from my account. I just assumed that I won the sneakers. Sadly, I did not win them in the drawing because their Apple Pay functionality was not working correctly. I then had to hurry up and put my actual debit card information in and hope I could still get the sneakers before they sold out. when I spoke to an agent, they basically said I tried to buy the SNEAKER multiple times and the payment failed. I can confirm that my credit card issuer did not know that I was making a transaction on their site because I’m a first timer there. My debit card was charged after several attempts and they said it was a pre-authorization hold which is not listed in there user agreement so I’m basically stuck waiting the equivalent of a biweekly paycheck time. Period to get my funds back adidas not giving their customer service agency ability to manually lift holds is really concerning. Just to give an example of what superior customer service looks like. I’ve purchased several pairs of sneakers using the eBay app and unfortunately there has been a few times when products did not deliver in the condition they were described in and I’ve had to be reimbursed by eBay. Their turn around is 24 to 72 hours. I almost always got refunded that same day directly to my debit card. Adidas lost a customer for life with these shenanigans, I will be sure to tell all of my other friends that are sneakerheads like myself; to uninstall, or don’t bother installing this trash app. And I’ll just say that I am an actual sneaker collector not a crappy reseller. I have over 90 pairs of sneakers in my collection and I wear all of them. My collection consist of 90 pairs of Air Jordan ones. This would’ve been the first pair of Adidas I was adding to my collection.

Purchase a pair of trainers and…

Purchase a pair of trainers and deliberately kept for holiday. Within 20 minutes of wearing them they had rubbed my heels so badly that I had to abandon my day trip & go somewhere to purchase a pair of sketchers which were so much better on my feet. When I tried to return them I was unable to as I had worn them. In hindsight how would I have known they were going to kill my feet? Their attitude stinks. If I could give zero rating....I would. Take my advice, DONT BUY ADIDAS.

Zero star for customer service

If there is a a zero star I would assign that. The customer service is unhelpful and waisted too much time. I called 3 times about an order placed 02/08 that was expected to be delivered 02/22. The order was never sent out for delivery but the delivery date never changed as well. I called 02/23 asking for cancellation as I don't need the order anymore after 02/22. Cancellation was approved by customer service, but it actually never went through as I ended up receiving the order 02/27 and they refused to return or refund the item because it's customized. Very disappointing experience. I will never purchase from adidas again.

Update- i also want to SCAM you

Update- i also want to share that the ITALIA 70s SHOES were designed to have a fitted shape. This style follows the classic structure of this model and is made to sit close to the foot for support and stability. Despite that meaning they fit 1-2 sizes smaller we at Adidas will ignore that and just steal your money. Hahaha. If you send them back we'll just tell you you're wrong....... massive scam

Worst CS possible

Sadly I have to give 1s should be negative stars rating. Delivery to a collection point not done despite receiving email notification from both Royal mail and adidas. Tried to raised the issue on the same day only to be told to wait 24hrs. 48hrs after I received a new notification saying again that the delivery had been done! By then I had re ordered the same item for home delivery this time.
I contacted CS on both platform to no help. Both are saying that I need to collect the item and that they are very sorry for the delay. No effort to rectify the mistake or re imburse the bag since I re purchase it. I now need to wait for the bag to get back to the warehouse before a re imbursement is being proceed.
I would have expected from Adidas something in the line of...
We are very sorry that our courier missed the delivery date and we totally understand that now it isn;t convenient anymore to collect from a collection point, we are therefore sending you a new parcel to your home address and we will provide you with a discount or voucher as a compensation for this inconvenience.
That would have the minimum expected from a descent and conscious company.

Adidas you do need to acknowledge when you are in fault rather than pretending there is nothing you can. This is absolutely disrespectful for your customer and therefore I will now stop using Adidas all together.
