They Use Purolator; Steer Clear
They unfortunately ship with Purolator. If you don't have experience with Purolator, let me tell you what it's like...
They lie and say they attempted to deliver your package but you weren't home, when you were, or say they were "unable" to deliver it (for an undisclosed reason). They then force you to reschedule and get your package AFTER the expected delivery date, or make you drive several cities over to pick it up.
I won't be purchasing Adidas shoes online from here on out, if I can help it.

Hidden policies. No customer service.
The customer service is non existent. When you place an order, you are given the option for Women or Men. However, according to their customer service, all shoes are shipped in men's sizes. You order a women's 7, they ship a men's 7. Just their policy, too bad you didn't know. Apparently customers are supposed to know that. Their returns are based on order date, not ship date. Based on ship date I was a day late calling. They were closed Christmas and Boxing day and on the weekend. That's a great way to limit returns. I will never order another item from this site. If you want a shoe, buy it at the mall or somewhere with a decent return policy. There are no exceptions for items purchased as Christmas gifts. This also helps limit returns. Customer service have no knowledge of the meaning of the term 'service'. They are not the there to help. They are there to get you off the phone as soon as possible and discourage any follow up. It's like calling Rogers or Bell. They don't care.
Shoes Never Came... Had to call multiple times
I bought a pair of shoes for vacation on Black Friday. I was promised delivery 4 business days later. The package never came, got lost by Adidas and instead of resending the package so I would have the shoes in time for my vacation they made me wait the alloted 3 weeks to get a refund on shoes they knew were lost since day 7. This company is zero regard for their customers. I ended up buying a pair of Converse instead which were delivered on time. Thank you Converse. Absolutely disgusting.
Adidas Canada Sucks
I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from adidas.
I was clearly promised a **15% first-order discount and free shipping** when I signed up. After placing two orders, neither the full discount nor the advertised shipping benefit was honored. I spent days contacting customer service only to receive vague, scripted responses that completely ignored my actual concerns.
Instead of resolving the issue, I was told the products were “excluded” *after* the fact, despite the website strongly advertising the welcome offer. This feels misleading at best and dishonest at worst.
Communication was terrible. Delivery information changed daily, responses were slow, and no one took real ownership of the issue. What should have been a simple resolution turned into a frustrating waste of time and effort.
For a global brand like adidas, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again and I strongly caution others to think twice before doing business with this company.
Horrible Service and Shipping
Very disappointed in my recent online shopping experience.
Ordered a pair on SL 72 PT's during their Black Friday sale for only $73.58 (taxes included). Their delivery service just dropped off the package at my front door where it was visible from the sidewalk only 5 feet away and never rang the doorbell where someone was home to accept the package. Package was obviously stolen.
They refused to send me a replacement pair - only willing to issue a refund knowing I cannot get these shoes at that price again. Their solution was for me to reorder them at their current price which is now $50 more expensive. Classy.
In short, customer pays the price for their shoddy and unprofessional delivery service. Lesson learned: I will not be purchasing anything from their website again.
The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. Don’t buy from them online! You won’t be able to return items even it’s says you can return in any of the stores that’s not true! They can just exchange it for different sizes but same model and colour. You can’t reach them over phone and nobody is answering to the email. This is ridiculous. I will never buy anything from them
360$ shoes - sole shred after 50 km and only got partial refund !!
I bought a product from Adidas that turned out to be defective. Instead of offering a proper refund, Adidas only provided a partial reimbursement in the form of a gift card, despite Quebec’s consumer protection laws requiring a repair, replacement, or full refund for defective items. Their customer service refused to resolve the issue and hid behind their internal policy, which is not compliant with Québec legal warranty rights. Very disappointed with the lack of responsibility and support.
Worst company warranty in existence
Worst company warranty in existence. I purchased a pair of 510 shoes and explained the sole started fragmenting after 10 uses and was informed it’s normal wear and tear. Really? So expect the 510 mountain bike shoes to only last 10 to 20 times I have posted the response I received from adidas directing me towards their terms and conditions! Pathetic business

Horrible Customer Service
Ordered a pair of the limited Terry Fox sneakers and received my package with an empty shoe box. The tamper tape was removed to steal the shoes and then reapplied. It was obvious that this happened while in the possession of the shipping co. Customer service “investigated” and refused to provide a refund as the shipping criteria had been met. No idea what that means. I’ve been a level 4 adi pro member since inception with almost 90,000 banked points and they refused to provide a refund. Not only did I have to spend hours trying to work through the matter to get insulted but it was made clear to me that after spending tens of thousands of dollars with Adidas over many years I wasn’t worth $145 to them. I totally regret being such a loyal customer and will now spend my money with their competitors.

Great customer service and lots of selection. There was a store-wide sale with most of the inventory on for sale 50% off. I bought two pairs of shoes and so did my friend! Staff was very helpful. I will be back to this location at Tangers (Stittsville).

Horrid Customer Service
I made a multi-product order and one of the items was lost in transit. Yes, this happens. But the way Adidas handled the matter was terrible. I was forced to contact customer service multiple times over three weeks, and they totally failed to get back to me within their promised timeline. They assured me I wouldn't need to chase them but off course I heard nothing from them and had to take up the customer service chat yet again. They also did not support the carrier's search for the lost product (at least the courier was trying to locate the missing package) and when finally they ceded that they had to give me a refund for this well-overdue, obviously lost item, they offered to send me a 30% off voucher for my trouble... which they then didn't send.
Adidas uses T-Force Logistics — and they STOLE my package.
I placed an order with Adidas and never received it. They work with a horrible delivery company called T-Force Logistics, and guess what? My package was stolen. No delivery, no update, no explanation.
Worse — Adidas didn’t even tell me they couldn’t fulfill my order. I waited for two weeks thinking it was on the way. When I finally contacted customer service, all I got was a weak apology and $15 as compensation. That’s it.
I’m a loyal Adidas customer, but this whole experience was honestly disgusting. No communication, no accountability, no real help. If this is how Adidas handles stolen packages and failed deliveries, I’m not sure I can ever trust them again.
This isn’t just about the money — it’s about basic respect and responsibility. Do better.
