Very helpful

I recently had an ADHD consultation with Dr Chris Kalafatis and wanted to leave some feedback regarding my experience. From the beginning of the appointment, he was warm, approachable and highly professional, which immediately helped me feel at ease.
Dr Chris Kalafatis took the time to listen carefully without making me feel rushed or judged. He explained the assessment process clearly, outlined how the appointment would progress, and ensured I understood each stage throughout the consultation. His communication was calm, supportive and reassuring, which made discussing personal difficulties much easier.
I particularly appreciated how attentive and compassionate he was, while still remaining thorough and professional in his assessment. I left the appointment feeling heard, understood and much more informed about the process moving forward.
Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Dr Chris Kalafatis anyone seeking an ADHD assessment or further support.

The ADHD centre is very accomodating of my schedule when it comes to booking appointments, I've not once had to cancel something else to attend one. It took some time to get me on the right treatment that worked for me, but it was much faster and easier than going through the NHS!

I had a great time with Dr. Upadhyay, she was very kind and understanding and made sure I understood everything ! I will keep seeing her !

Dr Mohammadinasab at the ADHD Centre was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I felt listened to during the assessment, and it was clear that the process followed current ADHD guidance.
The monthly titration appointments were thorough, and I appreciated being asked about how I was feeling and whether I was experiencing any side effects. Since starting treatment, I have felt a significant improvement, which has made a real difference to my daily life.
Communication with the administration team was excellent — they always responded to my emails quickly.
Overall, choosing ADHD Centre was absolutely worth it for me, especially compared with waiting years through the NHS.

We met Dr Shaker for the first time and we were very pleased with his warming attitude towards us. He listened to us attentively and gave us the assurance of getting better with therapy.

I had a really positive experience with Dr Hamid Rahmanian and the ADHD Centre. The assessment process was thorough, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt genuinely listened to throughout. I’d highly recommend Dr Rahmanian to anyone seeking support with ADHD.

I met with Dr Bahadoran today for my assessment. I was initially nervous however i found the experience of being assessed by him really professional, engaging and thorough. He was extremely attentive to my reflections on lived experience whilst being thorough in his assessment of my symptoms and presentations between childhood to adulthood. I strongly recommend the ADHD Centre for those who are seeking clarity, guidance, support and treatment in relation to ADHD.
Dr Bahadoran in my opinion was excellent.

We saw Dr Femi Balogun for a child/ young person ADHD assessment. The ADHD centre provided a good range of doctors and availability and communication was prompt. The only flaw is that it would have been helpful to know prior to booking ( and paying) for the appointment that the school is required to complete a questionnaire. This did not prevent our appointment going ahead but is something parents may wish to consider when choosing a date.
Dr Balogun was very approachable and welcoming, quickly establishing a calm, warm and friendly rapport with our 15 year old son. He made us all feel at ease even with the more probing questions. He spoke to our son with respect and had excellent listening skills and our son was able to open up honestly to him, feel comfortable and have confidentiality maintained. He explained the process and follow up clearly. We would highly recommend Dr Balogun.

Great communication from the off - and very helpful as pwADHD to get email from secretary saying to contact them if any questions. I was able to ask if I’d missed anything and I had! Booking process was easy and I was able to choose a convenient time after work - helpful as I work full time. The doctor I saw was calm, patient and understanding. Whole process accessible and supportive. Highly recommend.

I went through the full ADHD assessment process at The ADHD Centre and paid for three consultations. Every single appointment started late, and it was obvious the doctor had not reviewed my submitted medical information or referral details beforehand. I had to repeat the same background information each time, with no real progress being made.
During the final consultation I raised my concerns about the lack of preparation and slow progress, yet I was still charged the full fee with no improvement in engagement. The doctor appeared disengaged and unprepared again.
After the appointment, the doctor promised to prioritise my case, work on the report over two specific days, and send it to me promptly along with any prescription. I waited additional days as requested, but received no communication, no report, and no prescription whatsoever.
This experience felt like the service prioritised fees over actual patient care. The whole process caused significant frustration and stress with zero meaningful outcome.
I have raised a formal complaint with the clinic and reported the matter to the CQC. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
