Absolutely fantastic service, thank you. Great customer service from your driver Habeeb, who was polite, friendly, well mannered and helpful 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Very smooth journey and very nice and clean vehicle. I booked your services to collect my daughter and I from St Guys hospital after being cancelled by Uber 3 times. Most likely they didn’t want to enter traffic in that area plus the distance to my home 🤦♀️ anyway I’m soo happy they did that as Addison Lee’s rates were cheaper with much better services and standards by a mile 🙌 I booked Addison Lee through the cab service free phone connection at the ground floor of the hospital, you were a lifesaver as we were stranded for a lift home. The cab arrived within 10 minutes of booking and I was given frequent updates through text messages on the details of the driver/ taxi/ arrival times etc. gps maps all throughout the journey home etc. Thanks very much for such a wonderful service and keep up the amazing standards 🙌👍 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙏

The air conditioner was not turned on…
The air conditioner was not turned on it was hot out side so i called a taxi.Before ordering a taxi it said that all your drivers have air cond.
This is not the first time that drivers save partol and do not turn on the air conditioner.
