Disappointed in this company.

I ordered a school shirt on 2nd September. I noticed on the website it said that it would take 6-8 weeks for it to be fulfilled as it was pre-order so I've waited patiently. It has now been 8 weeks and there has been no contact from the seller. I have emailed and tried to phone but nobody responds and calls just go to voicemail.

At this point I believe this company is a scam and I now have to try and get my money back through my bank. Very disappointing considering this company is meant to be catering to special needs kids.

Unreliable extorsion of families with SEN members

I ordered a shirt for my son on 1 September, desparate for something he can wear due to his sensory issues. I paid £22 for the shirt and £8.99 postage which is the cheapest option and suggested 3 - 5 days delivery. I chased it on 10 September via email and received the shirt a few days later, posted on 11 September 2025 for £4.05 postage via Royal Mail. The shirt was well made but the fabric too coarse so I decided to return it on the day and emailed them as their policy states. I have tried calling multiple times but only get an EE voicemail. This is ridiculous and they should not be allowed to trade.

Sent payment and I never received product. After numerous attempts to contact through telephone and email and no response. Reported to trading standards.

Sensory school trousers ordered March…

Sensory school trousers ordered March 6th. I emailed March 25th to chase up as not received. Order delivered April 3rd. Packaged in single plastic bag, no delivery note or returns details. My son tried on the pants, but they had a really low slung waste that was uncomfortable and dug in. I immediately folded and repackaged the pants in a fresh delivery bag and sealed along with a note. I contacted via email to notify of return on same day. No response. I Followed up with email April 7th to ask if return will be accepted as required by return policy. April 8th, email received telling me to return them. I posted them and paid tracked delivery. No notification sent to me that pants were received. I followed up chasing a notification of my return (email sent 23rd April). I received an email the same day stating

‘You should have received a notification of receipt email.

We received the parcel, but sadly, as per our returns policy, it wasn't returned in the same condition it was sent out and therefore not eligible for refund.

I am given no further explanation as to why my money has been taken and I’m left with no item. I am out of pocket at least £40 for nothing and I am absolutely dumb founded. I have contacted again requesting an explanation but nothing received to date. I feel I have been robbed essentially.
