We have an annual maintenance contract…

We have an annual maintenance contract with AC Warehouse, and are SO happy with them and their prompt and quality service! It wasn’t the usual “wham-bam we’re done see you in a year” service. Patrick did a thorough cleaning of the entire unit - complete with many supporting photos in the Service Checklist we received upon completion of his work. For the most part, the only photo I had a clue about was the dirty-to-clean air filter that was changed. (Yes, it was time, and I had the replacement ready to go - but the photo evidenced just how important changing the filter regularly is.) I have no clue what all Patrick did - but his super documentation was detailed and informative.
